Product Description

This Pals course is designed for the professional that needs a completion card on short notice. A staff member of Competent Provider will host a complete PALS course for one person.

The course is held in Ohio and in the Greater Cleveland Area

Course Content

Recognition and treatment of infants and children at risk for cardio- pulmonary arrest

The systematic approach to pediatric assessment

Effective respiratory management

Defibrillation and synchronized cardioversion

Intraosseous access and fluid bolus administration

Effective resuscitation team dynamics

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
